Working with Pest Busterzzz was such a smooth experience. Alex was great!! he explained everything clearly, was upfront about the pricing, and made sure I knew exactly what to expect. he was very friendly and I always like that about contractors.

What really stood out to me was how punctual he was. He showed up right on time, sometimes even a few minutes early, which was a nice change from the usual long arrival windows we’ve dealt with from other contractors (3 hour windows and arriving LATE).

He handled both the inspection and same-day pest control for our two-story townhouse with a garage and crawlspace. A week later, just like he promised, he came back for the second treatment—again, right on time. we have not yet seen any bugs or pests.

It’s rare to find that level of reliability and follow-through. I’d definitely call Pest Busterzzz again if I ever need pest control services in the future.

The only CON to Pest Busterzzz: they do not take Zelle, or Cashapp, or any of those services. Only debit or credit card... I was able to do it, but sometimes people don't wanna do that. Also, if the individual wants to tip, it is a little harder.

PS: They also offer a very affordable monthly service you can sign up for! It’s not a contract, and you can opt out at any time. It’s completely optional but good to keep in mind.... especially for homes that need deeper pest control or are dealing with heavy infestations.

overall, honestly I'm very satisfied with the company and with Alex promptness! I loved the fact that they use organic orderless ingredients in their products.

I had them for terminates. Super helpful will use them for spot treatment after tenting. Wish I had used them before my infestation got so bad it needed a tent.

To be honest if I were treating an empty house tenting might be an option, but I can't imagine tenting a house full of furniture, mattresses, clothing, etc. I feel so much better knowing my possessions have not been inundated with poison gas....no matter what "they" say!
